life often brings surprises – sometimes ones that disrupt your travel plans.

To make sure you're protected in the event of sudden illness, an accident other unforeseen circumstances, we recommend taking out travel insurance with European Travel insurance. Among other benefits, this coverage includes reimbursement if you're unable to take your booked trip.

When you book, you will automatically be offered the option to take out the appropriate insurance.  We would be happy to advise you personally.

Our cancellation conditions:

• up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation

• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount

• 14 to 0 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount

These conditions apply regardless of whether the canceled unit can be re-rented.

Otherwise, the general terms and conditions of the hotel industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
