Our spacious 62 m² apartment is flooded with natural light and equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing stay:
A spacious living/dining area, a fully equipped white kitchenette, two separate bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and two modern bathrooms with shower/WC.
In the living area, a pull-out sofa bed invites you to relax or spend the night.
The absolute highlight: the large sun terrace with fantastic views of the Kitzbüheler Horn . Sun loungers, umbrellas, and garden furniture are provided – a barbecue is also available upon request.
And everything practical has been thought of: a private ski and bike room is included, as is access to the wellness area, which you can enjoy in complete privacy with the corresponding package.

"We stayed at Quartier 39 for four. A truly wonderful and lovingly furnished apartment. Nothing was missing. The beds were superb, with memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen was superbly equipped. The landlady was very friendly and had great tips for the surrounding area and the town itself.

And if anything should ever be needed, the charming landlady is always there to help. The entire administration is also perfect – an online booking portal, online registration in advance, and a dedicated guestbook app with additional information about the apartment and the surrounding area. "Relaxing, active vacation in a fantastic apartment! A beautiful and quiet location on the outskirts of St. Johann. The village is easily accessible on foot in just a few minutes. Ideal for exploring the surrounding area on foot or by mountain bike. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and have great tips! The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard and very tastefully (modern) – we definitely didn't miss anything – even backpacks and hiking poles are provided!
